Cybersecurity plays important role in the digital economy, namely in the coming Industry 4.0 era. In the operational technology (OT) area, the lack of workforce knowledgeable in cybersecurity is even more appealing than in IT. In this paper, we describe existing frameworks and identify a need for national qualification framework for the Czech Republic with the focus at the needs of industry in this respect.
