Original language description
The study contributes to a project aimed at psychical education within the ?School and Health for 21st Century? research. Based on the examination of current concepts of physical education, it focuses on new approaches towards monitoring and evaluating health related fitness of junior primary school pupils of 6-10 years of age. Following the research validation, this article aims at proposing a model of education of pupils towards health related physical activities bringing about positive effects in health related fitness of pupils.

Czech description
Příspěvek představuje dílčí projekt orientovaný na tělesnou výchovu ve výzkumném záměru Škola a zdraví pro 21. století. Vychází z posouzení současné koncepce tělesné výchovy a zaměřuje se především na nové přístupy ke sledování a hodnocení tzv. zdravotněorientované zdatnosti žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ. Na základě výzkumného ověřování si klade za cíl navrhnout model výchovy žáků ke zdravotně orientované pohybové aktivitě, přinášející pozitivní efekty ve zdravotně orientované zdatnosti žáků.
