The present contribution specifies the share of biological disciplines in health education. Anthropology and Physiology of Animals are considered most supportive in that context. The other subjects (Zoology,Botany and Microbiology) are assessed with regard to their positive and negative effects. In the work wide authors pedagogice experience from university lecturing are used.
