Subjective theories of health and illness have a fundamental influence on the behavior. It influences a personal approach to the treatment. It supports the protective mechanisms of the individual. It admits only certain schemata, it accepts only certaincauses, sometimes rejecting the medical reccommedations, support inappropriate behavior, it could endanger the health. Children easier express the illness than health. Health is a negation of illness, nothing hurts (healthy nutrition, do sports, they arehappy, good mood) mostly biomedical model. Illness is caused by many factors, most frequent category was Cathing cold, Presence of microorganims, smoking, drugs, alcohol intake. Health promoting is seen in healthy nutrition, doing sport, cold prevention, personal hygiene, smoking cessation, alcohol intake and drug, medical checkup, clear environment.
