Workshop for participants of the Summer School – students of McLennan Community College in Texas, focused on presenting new empirical findings in the field of applying folk music in school education, took place on May 14, 2025, at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno. Based on the presentation of the results of research surveys conducted by a team of authors in selected European schools, methodological suggestions for specific activities were developed. The topics included Czech and Moravian folk dances and their reflection in Czech music.
