Effect of special kinetic program for advancement coordinations skills for para-vaulting training

  • Original language description

Paravaulting, or acrobatics on horse back, is one of many rehabilitation methods based on therapeutic pedagogical-psychological riding, and at the same time one of discipline sport riding for disabled people. Coordination skills are basic components of motor training in paravaulting. The aim of my research was to find out if regular para-vaulting exercises influence coordination skills of these disabled competitors. We perfomed an experimental examination for selected group in term of kinetic tests. I focused this special intervention program on improving basic skills, and from the results gained of the kinetic test we could answer our hypothesis. The results and conclusions will be discussed.
