    It is generaly known that physical activity has decreasing tendency. Our paper takes care about benefits resulted from physical exercises realised during pregnancy. Maintaining a regular exercise routine throughout your pregnancy can help women stay healthy and feel better. Regular exercise during pregnancy can improve a posture and decrease some common discomforts such as backaches and fatigue. There are evidences that physical activity may prevent gestational diabetes which is type of diabetes develops during pregnancy, relieve stress, and build more stamina needed for everyday life.
