Social Entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic in the Light of European Migrant Crisis.
Original language description
The European migrant crisis is a current phenomenon sparking off heated debates within professional circles and among the general public. The present paper responds to the current situation in Europe, reflecting on the problems related to the enormous increase in immigration as seen under the conditions of the Czech Republic. On the basis of an interdisciplinary approach combining the premises of the social economics and the basic principles of the integration policy, we aim to present a new and innovative approach to the research of the respective issues. We combine the idea and the principles underpinning the operations of work integration social enterprises (WISE) and the necessity of inclusion of immigrants in the labour market, paving the way forexploiting the potential of social entrepreneurship as a tool of the integration policy of the Czech Republic.
