A framework of systematic innovative thinking for reverse flows and problem solving
Original language description
Literature dealing with reverse flows is almost silent in any linkages to innovation and or to continuous improvement despite the fact that most of reverse flows emerge due to some problems in the forward value creating and value delivering processes. There are many methods of problem solving and innovative thinking utilized in problem solving. The aim of the paper is -based on the knowledge review - to propose the framework for the potential utilization in reverse logistics or reverse supply chain management to solve the problems leading to the existence of reverse flows problems and to reduce or minimize the reverse flows with the use of two methods of innovative thinking - ASIT and SCAMPER.
