The goal of the workshop was to discuss topics related to the results and experience from the AICA challenge, with relevance to army AI use. Namely, the absolute necessity of being able to create a large number of cybersecurity scenarios of varying complexity; having a corpus of attack metadata that can be utilized for training defenders in simulated environments; the need to standardize on attack and defense actions, and preferring subsets of those actions than custom ones with unclear semantics; and finding the right balance of heuristics and AI-powered capabilities and having automated tools that help find the balance in the development of those agents.
