Complex multi-echo fMRI dataset: New strategies in processing of multi-echo data
Original language description
This dataset comprises multi-echo fMRI recordings from 83 participants, including structural images, field maps, physiological signals (ECG and respiration), and six task-based and resting-state runs acquired with two different repetition times (800 ms and 1800 ms). It is specifically designed to support the development and validation of advanced preprocessing workflows and algorithms for physiological noise correction and analysis of complex multi-echo neuroimaging data.
