The chapter in the book is a case study of the survey, preparation of consolidation and its implementation on a limestone baroque statue of Angel from Kutná Hora. Calcium hydroxide nanosuspensions in alcoholic solvents were tested and subsequently used for the consolidation. The result of consolidation was subsequently evaluated by ultrasonic transmission measurement.
