Original language description

Space as a place of social interaction is more and more vital in contemporary social sciences. The organized Czech-Taiwanese joined workshop between the Department of Sociology of the Soochow University in Taipei and the Department of Social Sciences of the University of Pardubice aims to exchange ideas on contemporary issues in sociology and social anthropology from two different regional perspectives. The workshop includes both the academic as well as student panels from both universities.
