Original language description

Sodium silicate and aluminium sulphate are the raw materials used in the manufacture of the sodium alumino-silicate by the wet precipitation. The precipitation of the alumino-silicate takes place when a solution of sodium silicate is neutralized by alumistiring speed, temperature and pH are all controlled. After precipitation, the product is subjected to filtration and washing in order to remove excess water and the reaction residue.
