Application of Nonisometric Pigments in Coatings for Corrosion Protection of Metals
Original language description
The present work deals with studying the barrier effect of nonisometric pigments on the anticorrosion properties of coating films. There have been formulated the coating compositions with the optimal value of pigment volume concentration. There have beensurface-colored mica on the basic of muscovit. As binders for the coatings silicon, epoxyester, single and double-component polyurethabe and double-component waterborne epoxy resin were used. The efficiency of proposed systems was verified on the basic corrosion tests, indirect corrosion methods and laboratory tests.
