    Pb-doped Bi2Te3 crystals were characterized by measurement of transport and thermoelectric properties. Pb impurities behave as acceptors-40% of them are electrically inactive. This effect in explained by the model of interaction of Pb atoms with antisetedefects.

    Krystaly Bi2Te3 dopované olovem byly charakterizovány měřením transportních a termoelektrických vlastností. Příměsi olova se chovají jako akceptor - příčemž 40% z nich je elektricky neaktivní. Tento efekt je vysvětlen modelem interakce atomů olova s ,,antisite" poruchami.
