    Study of hydrolytic stability of iron(II) complexes of 2,6-bis(alkylimidazol-5-on-2-yl)pyridines

    In our work we have dealt with hydrolytic stability of complexes mentioned above studied by kinetic methods. It was found that all the iron(II) complexes are unstable in both acid and base medium - they undergo decomposition into starting materials i.e.iron(II) chloride and corresponding bis(alkylimidazol-5-on-2-yl)pyridine.

    V naší práci jsme se zabývali hydrolytickou stabilitou komplexů zmíněných v nadpisu studovanou kinetickými metodami. Bylo zjištěno, že všechny železnaté komplexy jsou nestabilní jak v kyselém tak i bazickém prostředí - podléhají rozkladu na výchozí sloučeniny tj. chlorid železnatý a odpovídající bis(alkylimidazol-5-on-2-yl)pyridin.
