The paper deals with using the maleinized polybutadiene as a binder in anticorrosive coating compositions. The aqueous emulsion binders based on the maleinized polybutadiene were compared to other aqueous emulsions. The coating films formed by the aqueous maleinized polybutadiene emulsion and styrene-acrylate dispersion show a far higher efficiency than the coatings consisting of a styrene-acrylate dispersion alone with respect to anticorrosion protection function.

Czech description
Článek se zabývá užitím maleinizovaných polybutadienů jako pojiv pro antikorozní povlaky. Vodné emulze pojiva na bázi polybutadienů byly porovnávány s jinými typy vodných emulzí. Nátěrové filmy vytvořené z hybridního systému emulze maleinizovaných polybutadienů a styrenakrylátových disperzí vykazují vyšší antikorozní účinnost než nátěry sestávající ze samotné styrenakrylátové disperze.
