Conditions of Preparation and Their Influence on Resulting Pigment Colours

Original language description

Inorganic mixture pigments are prepared by reaction in solid phase by different temperature of calcination. We tested trichromatic coordinates of these products vs. temperature. These curves are deformed. Data was analysed by ANOVA statistical method andwas discussed, that reaction conditions are in interaction. Interaction may be smaller by addition of crystalization agents or another change of reaction conditions.

Vliv podmínek přípravy na výslednou barevnost pigmentů

Czech description

Anorganické směsné pigmenty se připravují reakcí v pevné fázi při různých teplotách výpalu. Byla sledována závislost trichromatických souřadnic výsledných produktů na teplotě. Křivky jsou zcela deformované, nemají trend. Data byla analyzována metodou ANOVA (analýza rozptylu) a bylo zjištěno, že podmínky přípravy jsou v interakci. Tuto interakci lze omezit přídavkem krystalizátoru ev. další změnou reakčních podmínek.
