Detekce mikroorganismů vyskytujícím se v životním prostředí pomocí molekulárně biologických metod

  • Original language description

The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) belong to basic molecular biology techniques used in microbiological laboratory. Detection of large series of samples is provided by biochips and fluorescence probes are used in systems with fluorometric detection of amplified PCR products. The methods are highly sensitive, specific and rapid. Detection of patogenic bacteria is based on virulence genes identification. Escherichia coli, coliform bacteria, Clostridium perfringens,, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio cholereae, Vibrio parahemolyticus, Salmonella, Shigella, Campylobacter, Legionella and Giardia are most frequently monitored microorganisms in food samples, water samples as well as environmental samples.
