    Several derivatives of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid have been prepared and fully characterised in their (S)-form and as racemates. Also optically pure dioxopiperazine was prepared by a reaction of the N-carboxy anhydride in solid phase.

    Několik derivátů 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisochuinolin-3-karboxylové kyseliny bylo připraveno a plně charakterizováno v (S)-formě a jako racemáty. Rovněž byl reakcí N-karboxyanhydridu v pevné fázi připraven opticky čistý dioxopiperazin.
