Structure and properties of ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5 glasses

In this contribution glass formation was investigated in the ternary system ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5 in three compositional series: (60-x)ZnO-xSb2O3-40P2O5, 50ZnO-ySb2O3-(50-y)P2O5 and 40ZnO-zSb2O3-(60-z)P2O5. Glasses form in this system within the compositional region of x = 0-60, y = 0-15 and z = 0-25 mol% Sb2O3. The obtained glasses were characterized by the measurements of density, molar volume, glass transition temperature and the thermal expansion coefficient. Structure was investigated by Raman spectroscopy and MAS NMR.

Byla studována struktura a vlastnosti skel systému ZnO-Sb2O3-P2O5 v kompozičních řadách (60-x)ZnO-xSb2O3-40P2O5, 50ZnO-ySb2O3-(50-y)P2O5 a 40ZnO-zSb2O3-(60-z)P2O5. V jednotlivých řadách se skla podařilo připravit v koncentračním rozmezí x = 0-60, y = 0-15 a z = 0-25 mol% Sb2O3. U získaných skel byly zjištěny hodnoty jejich měrných hmotností, molárních objemů, teploty skelné transformace a koeficienty jejich teplotní roztažnosti. Struktura skel byla studována pomocí Ramanovy a MAS NMR spektroskopie.
