Original language description
Pseudomonas fluorescense HK44 is a bioluminescence reporter capable of selective luminescence in the presence of naphthalene, salicylate and/or intermediates of its metabolism. Intensities of bioluminescense of HK44, free cells, and cells immobilized insilica matrix were monitored in the presence of 90 compounds. Intensities of luminescence are discussed according to concentration and polarity of inducers, immobilization of reporter and repeatability in the use of reporter.

Czech description
Pseudomonas fluorescense HK44 je bioluminiscenční detektor reagující na přítomnost naftalenu, salicylátů a/nebo jejich metabolitů selektivní luminiscencí. Intenzita luminiscence byla měřena v přítomnosit 90 analogů zmiňovaných látek. Naměřené intenzity jsou diskutovány ve vztahu ke koncentracím a polaritám měřených použitých látek, imobilizaci detektoru HK44 a možnostem opakovaného použití biodetektoru.
