Polymeric fluids have generally a viscoelastic character that is responsible for a number of unusual phenomena not observed with purely viscous fluids. In this contribution, the manifestation of viscoelastic effects in the flow through fixed, fluidized and settling beds of solid particles is compared.

Polymerní kapaliny mají zpravidla viskoelastické chování, které je příčinou neobvyklých jevů neuplatňujících se v čistě viskózních kapalinách. V tomto příspěvku jsou porovnány projevy viskoelasticity při toku nehybnými, fluidními a sedimentujícími vrstvgami tuhých částic.
