Original language description
The objective of this work was to identify the anticorrosive properties of synthesized, core zincite and periclase based pigments. To test the anticorrosion properties of the epoxy-ester based coatings containing the synthesized pigments, accelerated corrosion tests were carried out in the environment of condensed water, of NaCl mist, and of condensing water and SO2. The synthesized core-shell pigments have excellent anticorrosion efficiency in an epoxy-ester based coating.
