    Preparation of monomeric nanocomposites titanate nanotubes

  • Original language description

    For polymeric nanocomposites is necessary to use chemically fixed monomer on nanotubes. This was the main objective for preparation of functionalized titanate nanotubes by multifunctional monomers. Sodium dititanate was prepared by hydrothermal exfoliation of titanium oxide nanoparticles at concentrated hydroxide sodium environment. Monomeric nanocomposite titanate nanotubes was prepared by hydrothermal functionalization of titanate nanotubes by reaction with basic or acid of multifunctional monomer.
