Original language description
The primary purpose of building the quality management system in companies is to gain and retain a satisfied and loyal customer and reach the standing welfare. Only such a customer becomes satisfied who feels that there is coexistence between the companyand the customer. It consists in the fact that by using services the customer helps the company generate profits and in return he/she receives a value greater than he could provide a competitive enterprise. The quality management system has to cover thespecifics of each enterprise's business. This article is focused on the design of the quality management system in an enterprise providing telecommunications services.
