Optical properties of silver doped thin films of the system Ge-Ga-S
Original language description
Programmable Metallization Cell (PMC) is a new promissing type of memory which has been recently discovered. The composition Ge(28-x)Ga(x)S72 with x=0 and 6 was chosen from system Ge-Ga-S for its interestin physico-chemical properties. The thin films were prepared by PLD method. The substitution of Ge by Ga leads into the increase of the refractive index and the red shift of short wavelengthcut-off edge. Adding the silver leads to another increas of the refractive index.
