We are presenting the effect of different concentrations of CNTs in AgAsS2 chalcogenide glasses composites on their electrical and optical properties. We prepared AgAsS2 composite with multiwalled CNTs by mel quenching method. Prepared AgAsS2 CNT composite were characterized by Raman spectroscopy, VASE, impedance spectroscopy, XRD, etc.
