The comparison of thermal evaporation, pulsed laser deposition and flash evaporation techniques for preparation of multicomponent amorphous chalcogenide thin films
Original language description
The work deals with the preparation of amorphous chalcogenides by three various methods and with study of properties of prepared samples. The used methods were thermal evaporation, pulsed laser deposition and flash evaporation. The use of thermal evaporation is possible for good films preparation of materials that evaporat without compositional change. PLD is suitable method for preparation of multicomponent chalcogenides. It has been demonstrated that the flash evaporation is suitable for multicomponent chalcogenides as well.
