The main aim of the research was to prepare perovskite compounds SrCrxTbySn1-(x+y)O3,where x = 0.025, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 and y = 0.1, and to test their colour properties and possibility utilization as the new inorganic ceramic pigments. The finalcolour shade of applications into an organic matrix is shifting from light brown throughreddish brown to dark brown hue with increasing temperature. The most interesting colours were given by pigments in Cr concentration x = 0.1 synthesized at 1350°Cthat after application into an organic matrix gave a reddish brown colour. SrCrxTb0.1Sn1-(x+y)O3 pigments produce pink colour in glazes at low x, when x increases, green colours in glazed samples were obtained.
