This paper deals with proposing and implementation of a localization model as the basis for making corporate decisions if and where to build a new warehouse for reverse flows of dangerous waste intended for further reprocessing and returning back to production through the central warehouse of the company. The issue is to add a new warehouse to the existing network of already established regional warehouses to optimize the transport costs and to enhance services provided to the given part of the market.A suitable position for a new warehouse was identified on the basis of the internal data of the enterprise, which included positions of the suppliers of bought back raw materials, including quantities of bought back raw material types and the number andlength of journeys made to individual suppliers within the last calendar year.
