    Topological insulators and diluted magnetic semiconductors are materials interesting not only in terms of fundamental research but for their prospective spintronic applications too. In this respect, Bi2Te3 and Bi2Se3 crystals has attracted considerable attention recently. The aim of this work is to contribute to the discussion of doping effect of Bi2Te3 on its electric and magnetic properties. For this purpose, single crystals of FexBi2Te3 system, where x = 0, 0.02, 0.04 and 0.06 were grown. These materials were characterized by XRD, SEM EDX and ICP OES analysis. Temperature dependence of electric conductivity, Hall coefficient, Seebeck coefficient and magnetic susceptibility was measured.
