Method of preparation of a stabilized polyethylene

  • Original language description

The invention relates to a method of preparation of a polyethylene (PE) stabilized against influences of the sorrounding environment, while the polyethylene (PE) is first plasma-treated, by which means hydroxyl and/or amine functional groups are formed on the surface of PE. In the following step bounded either methacryoyl chloride or an additive with reactive -NCO groups is bounded by its -OH, -NH, or NH2 at least one stabilizer.
