Development of electronic public administration through the use of modern information and communication technologies allows mutual coordination of public administration bodies, facilitates the contact of citizens and businesses with the state authorities, and makes public administration more transparent and efficient. A necessary precondition for the development of modern services of e-Government is the interconnection of information systems of the public administration entities through a single communications infrastructure based on the principle of efficient, reliable and secure manner of communication - it is a technological aspect. But there is also a social point of view - various approaches of e-Governance according to end users.

Rozvoj elektronické veřejné správy využíváním moderních informačních a komunikačních technologií napomáhá transparentnosti a efektivitě ve výkonu veřejné správy. Nezbytnou podmínkou pro rozvoj moderních služeb E-Governmentu je propojení informačních systémů veřejné správy - zde se jedná spíše o technologický aspekt. Ale vystupuje zde také sociální aspekt - různé přístupy různě vzdělaných a připravených koncových uživatelů.
