The basic idea of bootstrap methods

Two methods of bootstrap simulation ? parametric and nonparametric - are described in this article. Parametric simulation assumes that distribution of random variable X is known. Nonparametric simulation doesn?t require this assumption. Concrete examplesdemonstrate both ways of simulation.
