Main idea of this paper is to confirm that document which contains valuable and worth information of heterogeneous areas was successfully delivered and stored on safe place, where will be maintained for given time period. Second, no less important purpose is to emphasize archiving relations to eGovernment and other e-services. Design/methodology/approach ICT research approaches were used in the continuous Long Term Archive Protocol definition and development. Main theory part was taken from internet drafts and approved long-term archivation basics. Long-term archivation development should be research base for future projects. Findings Movement towards archiving of digital documents not only in eGovernment sphere is necessary and due to long-term archiving services also very reliable and trustworthy. Research limitations/implications As with many ICT based systems, there are some limitations and requirements as basic computer skills, knowledge of basic theory and of course ICT equipment

Hlavní myšlenkou tohoto příspěvku je potvrdit, že dokument, který obsahuje cenné a různorodé informace z rozdíných oblastí byl úspešné doručen a uložen na bezpečné místo, kde bude udržován po stanovený časový úsek. Druhý, ne méně důležitý účel je zdůraznit vztah mezi archivací, eGovernmentem a dalšími e-službami.
