The purpose of the eGovernment Act is to create optimum conditions for electronic communication both among the public authorities themselves and also between the citizens and the authorities. The purpose is not to make only some agendas or some stages ofthe processes in the public administration sector electronic but to offer a comprehensive solution to all the agendas performed by bodies of public administration. There is necessary to evaluate the new services and IT processes by help of suitable measures.
