Present trend is the pursuit of quality, but this tendency has various variants of realization. The quality management systems have their basis in standards and methodic, they can be implemented through the quality certificates. Nevertheless, implementation of these methods cannot bring out aim ? an increase in quality. The question is how the tools and techniques of methods are used and utilized. This paper deals with both process approaches as the integral part of methods and the area of Czech public.
