Present governments want to involve citizens into decision-making processes in public administration and provide more user-friendly public services (including both access to information and on-line transactions). However, each decision-making process requires fast and easy access to all relevant information so all eGovernment services must be designed as user-friendly ones. Because many solved problems are spatially oriented, attention is paid to Web-based geographic solutions as well.
