The aim of this paper is to picture the global economic performance and economic performance of the selected national economies and validity checking of Juglar cycles for the period from 1970 until now.At the same time, the attention is focused on the assessment of innovative investment character in cyclic development. On the one hand, it is based on evaluation of the investment effectiveness and changes in total value added in the sector structure which are associated with technological advances. On the other hand, it emphasizes services aimed at improving human welfare.
