This article focuses on the electronic documents in Czech eGovernment. The utilization of so called data boxes for communication between public administration and third parties (citizens, juristic persons) means signifiant step of the complex project. Aim of this project is - the pure electronic performance of Czech public administration. The prepared and realized technological changes in Czech public administration are huge; they affect state local and municipality authorities, legal entities and alsocitizens. On the one side are new possibilities of friendly public administration; on the other side are preparedness and informedness of future users.
