Applicability of Six Sigma methodology for services output evaluation
Original language description
Evaluation of organization output creates significant part of organization management. The production sector has experienced, during several years, enforcing methods of measuring and evaluating of organization output and organization quality assessment, while fundamental principles of these methods are - process approach and focus entirely on client's priorities. The financial stimulus in the production sphere is then the main motivation which leads to application of these methods. Naturally, even otherorganizations need quality of their output; even other organizations have their clients (citizens in public administration, students in education system etc.). In these cases output monitoring is often formal and without objective measuring. This article focuses mainly on application of Six Sigma method in a non-production organization; method has been verified within process audit project.
