This paper presents basic notions of web mining and fuzzy inference systems based on the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. On the basis of this fuzzy inference system and IF-sets introduced by K.T. Atanassov novel IF-inference systems can be designed. Thus, anIF-inference system is developed for time series prediction. In the next part of the paper we describe web domain visits prediction by IF-inference systems and the analysis of the results.
