Quantitative Analysis of Income Disparities
Original language description
The aim of the article is to quantify the income inequality at different levels of selected factors such as region, gender, education, age, ISCO - International Standard Classification of Occupations and NACE - Classification of Economic Activities. Theanalysis used mainly suitable indicators of income disparities, probability models of incomes and correspondence analysis. The bases for application of the chosen methods will be data on gross monthly wages of persons older than 16 years of the EU-SILC survey.
