Original language description
The aim of this paper is to evaluate the economic relations in a structure suitable for creating models of material and energy flows on selected examples, including assessment of potential environmental and safety impacts of subsidies. The topic of wasterepresents a wide range of issues from the issue of collecting, sorting and use of municipal waste to the waste from various industrial processes, chemical waste or waste from nuclear energy production. In accordance with the requirements of the European Union, public safety problems trough generation of waste should be prevented through so called long-term products use, and if that is impossible, then by sorting the various materials for recycling. There are many ways of using waste biomass. Their use, however, differ in their effects on the environment and benefit to humans.
