Original language description
The goal of this article is analyzing consumer behavior of Czech households with an emphasis on food consumption. The analysis is carried out in relation to the theoretical concept of general economic theory of consumer behavior. Available statistical data are used on the practical-application level. The results of the analysis reflect the effect of key economic factors on the nature of food consumption in the Czech Republic in the context of the current situation of Czech economy.
