The paper deals with aspects of health data visualization. Case study for Pardubice region is used to demonstrate the whole project from content proposal through data collection and processing to visualization. Case study is focused on visualization of health data so data from various sources are collected. Descriptive statistics is used to characterize sets of data. Various cartographic (e.g. choropleth mapping, dot method, diagram maps) and statistical (e.g. outliers, standard deviation) methods are used to create set of maps.
