It is often knowledge gained from research or as a spillover effect from the cooperation, in the most cases between industry and R&D organization or university, or among the subjects in knowledge-intensive business network. Some scholars describe this process as a nonlinear, iterative and multi-agent character of innovation processes. These processes based on university-industry collaboration and their impact on innovation processes have been many times analysed in various countries and environments. Itwas found that the outcome of these cooperating processes affect the legislative environment and government policy and financial support framework, as well as the implementation of various types of public-private partnerships.
