Information system (IS) success - Integrative framework
Original language description
This article introduces an integrative framework of the information system (IS) success. The success of information systems is one of the most studied topics in IS research; however, there are many different views on this topic, which makes understanding complicated. There are three main questions related to IS success evaluation – how, when, and who, should evaluate IS success. As the response to these questions, we introduce a novel view on this topic by an integrative framework that consolidates knowledge about IS success covering three points of view: 1) time dimension, 2) assignment of stakeholders, and 3) success metrics.
